This Subprocessor and Third-Party Provider Disclosure identifies categories of providers that MMALI Financial Services LLC d/b/a WagePress may use to deliver, secure, support, and improve the Services. Specific providers may change over time.
1. Provider Categories

| Cloud hosting and infrastructure | Application hosting, databases, storage, networking, backup, monitoring, and security. |
| Payment and banking providers | Moov-enabled payment services, ACH, account verification, money movement, direct deposit, risk review, and transaction processing. |
| Identity, KYB, KYC, sanctions, and fraud providers | Business verification, beneficial ownership, account screening, fraud detection, sanctions checks, and risk scoring. |
| Tax and filing infrastructure | Electronic filing, form generation, agency transmission, acknowledgment processing, and compliance workflows. |
| Support and communications | Help desk, email, SMS, phone, chat, notifications, and customer communications. |
| Analytics and logging | Product analytics, error monitoring, audit logs, service performance, and reliability. |
| Integrations and connectors | QuickBooks, accounting, payroll, time tracking, API, webhook, and data sync functionality. |
| AI and automation providers | AI-assisted workflows, support assistance, data extraction, anomaly detection, and automation features. |
2. Customer Authorization
Customer authorizes WagePress to use subprocessors and service providers in these categories to process Customer Data as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, maintain security, process payments, operate integrations, support users, and improve service reliability.
3. Provider Changes
WagePress may add, replace, or remove subprocessors. Where required by applicable law or contract, WagePress will provide notice or an objection process. Continued use of the Services after notice constitutes authorization of the updated provider list.
4. Third-Party Terms
Some providers, including payment processors, banks, Moov, government systems, and integrations, may require Customer to accept third-party terms. WagePress is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, data practices, underwriting decisions, account restrictions, or rule changes.
