These Employee, Contractor, and Payee Portal Terms apply to individuals who access WagePress through an employer, payer, customer, accountant, or other organization that uses MMALI Financial Services LLC d/b/a WagePress.
1. Relationship to Customer
Your employer, payer, or organization is responsible for payroll, tax, employment, contractor classification, benefits, wage, leave, reimbursement, and personnel decisions. WagePress provides technology services to that organization and is not your employer, joint employer, payer, benefits provider, plan administrator, tax advisor, or legal advisor.
2. Portal Use
View available paystubs, tax forms, payment history, profile information, and documents.
Submit or update information only if accurate and authorized.
Maintain your login credentials and notify your employer or WagePress of suspected unauthorized access.
Do not access another person’s account or use the portal unlawfully.
3. Tax Forms and Information
You are responsible for reviewing personal information, bank information, withholding elections, and tax forms and notifying your employer or payer of errors. WagePress does not provide personal tax advice.
4. Privacy
Information submitted through the portal may be shared with your employer, payer, organization, authorized administrators, service providers, payment processors, tax agencies, or other parties as necessary to provide services, comply with law, and support payroll or tax administration.
5. Support
Questions about compensation, employment status, classification, benefits, corrections, tax treatment, pay policies, and records should be directed to your employer or payer. Technical support questions may be directed to WagePress support where available.
