This Security Statement describes the general security practices used by MMALI Financial Services LLC d/b/a WagePress to protect the WagePress platform and customer information. It is informational and does not create warranties or expand obligations beyond the applicable agreement.

1. Security Program

WagePress maintains a security program designed to protect customer information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the nature of payroll, tax, banking, identity, and business information processed by the Services.

2. Safeguards

• Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS for supported services.
• Role-based access controls and account permission management.
• Authentication controls, logging, monitoring, and audit records.
• Vendor and service-provider review appropriate to service criticality and data sensitivity.
• Secure development practices, vulnerability management, and patching processes.
• Data backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Employee or contractor access restrictions based on business need.

3. Customer Security Responsibilities

• Use unique credentials and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
• Limit access to authorized personnel and promptly remove former employees or agents.
• Maintain secure systems, browsers, devices, and networks.
• Review reports, filings, payment instructions, and user activity for accuracy and unauthorized use.
• Notify WagePress immediately of suspected credential compromise, unauthorized access, or fraudulent activity.

4. Incidents

If WagePress determines that a security incident affects customer information, WagePress will respond in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, and its incident-response procedures. Customers must cooperate with investigations and remediation where their systems, users, or data contributed to the incident.

5. No Absolute Security

No system can be guaranteed fully secure. This statement does not guarantee that security incidents, service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access will never occur.
