This Electronic Communications and E-SIGN Consent governs electronic records, disclosures, notices, signatures, acknowledgments, authorizations, and communications provided by MMALI Financial Services LLC d/b/a WagePress.

1. Consent to Electronic Records

By creating an account, checking an acceptance box, clicking an electronic signature button, submitting information, or using the Services, you consent to receive and sign records electronically. Electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Covered Communications

• Terms, agreements, policies, notices, disclosures, authorizations, consents, confirmations, receipts, invoices, tax filing notices, payroll approvals, payment authorizations, privacy notices, security notices, and updates.
• Account, billing, payroll, tax, employee, contractor, ACH, Moov, payment, integration, API, and support communications.
• Documents that would otherwise be provided in writing, subject to applicable law.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

You must have access to a device capable of accessing the internet, a current web browser, the ability to receive email and text messages where used, a PDF reader or document viewer, and the ability to download, print, or save electronic records. You confirm that you can access and retain electronic records in the formats used by WagePress.

4. Paper Copies

You may request paper copies by contacting WagePress. Fees may apply where permitted by law. Certain records may be available for download through your account.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent to electronic communications by contacting WagePress. Withdrawal may prevent WagePress from providing all or part of the Services because electronic records are essential to payroll, tax filing, payment authorization, account management, and platform use. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of records or signatures provided before withdrawal is processed.

6. Updating Contact Information

You must keep your email address, phone number, mailing address, and administrator contacts current. WagePress is not responsible for missed notices caused by outdated or incorrect contact information.
