This AI and Automation Terms Addendum applies to AI-assisted, automated, predictive, generative, rules-based, or algorithmic features made available by MMALI Financial Services LLC d/b/a WagePress through WagePress.

1. AI Features

AI features may assist with payroll questions, tax withholding guidance, form explanations, data extraction, anomaly detection, report generation, support responses, workflow suggestions, and other administrative functions. Availability and functionality may change over time.

2. Human Review Required

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular circumstance. Customer must independently review and verify all AI outputs, calculations, suggestions, classifications, reports, filings, answers, and recommendations before relying on or submitting them. AI output is not legal, tax, accounting, HR, payroll, benefits, or financial advice.

3. Customer Data and Inputs

Customer is responsible for inputs submitted to AI features and must not submit data unless authorized. WagePress may use inputs and outputs to provide, secure, monitor, improve, troubleshoot, and support the Services, subject to applicable privacy and data-processing terms.

4. Prohibited AI Uses

• Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, compensation, tax, legal, benefits, or compliance decisions.
• Do not use AI features to generate false, misleading, discriminatory, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Do not use AI features to reverse engineer systems, bypass controls, obtain unauthorized data, or make regulated decisions without proper professional review.

5. No Guarantee

WagePress does not guarantee that AI features will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, compliant, or accepted by any agency. Customer remains responsible for all filings, payroll decisions, tax positions, employment decisions, and compliance obligations.

6. Changes and Suspension

WagePress may modify, limit, suspend, or disable AI features at any time for legal, security, operational, vendor, quality, or compliance reasons.
