This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of the Services provided by MMALI Financial Services LLC d/b/a WagePress. It is incorporated into the Terms and all applicable service agreements.

effect 1. Prohibited Uses

  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or misleading activity.
  • Submission of false, inaccurate, unauthorized, stolen, or synthetic identity, tax, payroll, banking, employee, contractor, or company information.
  • Unauthorized access, credential sharing, credential stuffing, scraping, automated abuse, probing, scanning, load testing, or security testing without written authorization.
  • Interference with service integrity, performance, availability, security controls, audit logs, rate limits, or monitoring systems.
  • Malware, ransomware, phishing, spam, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Use that violates employment, tax, privacy, payment-network, sanctions, export control, anti-money laundering, or consumer protection laws.
  • Use to harass, discriminate, retaliate, or violate rights of employees, contractors, users, or third parties.

effect 2. Sensitive Data Rules

Customers may submit sensitive payroll, tax, banking, and identity information only as necessary for lawful use of the Services and only with required authorization. Customers must not submit data that is unnecessary, unauthorized, or collected unlawfully.

effect 3. Security Obligations

  • Maintain strong credentials and multi-factor authentication where available.
  • Promptly remove users who no longer require access.
  • Use role-based permissions and least-privilege access.
  • Notify WagePress promptly of suspected unauthorized access or data compromise.

effect 4. Enforcement

WagePress may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, block transactions, reject submissions, remove content, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, or cooperate with regulators, financial institutions, payment networks, tax authorities, or law enforcement.

effect 5. Reporting Abuse

Potential abuse may be reported to support@wagepress.com.
