This QuickBooks and Accounting Integration Terms Addendum applies when Customer connects WagePress to QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, accounting software, time systems, or other third-party platforms.

1. Authorization

Customer authorizes WagePress, WagePress SyncApp, authorized connectors, APIs, and service providers to access, retrieve, transmit, process, store, and synchronize Customer's accounting, vendor, employee, contractor, payment, company, chart-of-account, tax, and related data as necessary to provide the selected integration.

2. QuickBooks Desktop Connector

For QuickBooks Desktop, Customer may be required to install a local connector, web connector configuration, desktop application, or related software. Customer is responsible for installation, local permissions, QuickBooks access, network access, updates, backups, local security, and authorizing the connector within QuickBooks.

3. Data Accuracy

Integrated data may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, mapped incorrectly, or affected by third-party limitations. Customer must review imported data, account mappings, 1099 eligibility, vendor records, payment records, payroll settings, and tax reports before relying on them.

4. Third-Party Terms

Use of QuickBooks, Intuit, accounting systems, APIs, and third-party connectors is governed by the applicable third-party terms and policies. WagePress is not responsible for third-party outages, permission changes, API changes, data limits, errors, fees, or practices.

5. Security

• Customer must limit connector access to authorized users.
• Customer must protect API keys, tokens, .qwc files, local connector credentials, and computer systems.
• Customer must promptly revoke access when no longer needed.
• Customer must notify WagePress of suspected compromise or unauthorized integration activity.

6. Disconnection

Customer may disconnect integrations through the platform or applicable third-party settings. Disconnecting may stop future synchronization but does not delete data previously imported into WagePress unless deletion is requested and legally permitted.
